MOVE helps women reach their fitness goals with a combination of resistance training, high intensity interval training and steady state cardio. You’ll burn fat and build muscle to shape and tone your body, plus feel more energized and confident in your own skin. The speed of your results will be reflected in your commitment to the program.
Whether your fitness levels are beginner, advanced, or anything in between MOVE can work for you. The workouts are designed to help you challenge yourself at your current level and keep you progressing at your own pace. Detailed guidelines will help you choose the right weight for each exercise. As you progress you will increase your weight, reps and sets. Everybody is a bit different, that’s why MOVE is flexible enough to work for you as an individual.
MOVE is all about getting the body of your dreams with minimal equipment and minimal time. All you’ll need is two sets of dumbbells (a lighter and heavier set) and a skipping rope. Optionally, you may also want a floor mat, a 5-10lb medicine ball and bench or step, but it’s not necessary.
Nope! MOVE with Janine was designed to help women build confidence and get fit from the comfort of their own home or anywhere you like. All you need is an 8×8 foot space to get started.
Weight training is essential for shaping and toning your body. MOVE provides full step-by-step instructions along with visual guidelines for each exercise, so we’ll walk you through exactly what you need to do. If you’re new, start with the lightest weight in the range given for each exercise. You can build your way up, as you get stronger.
Definitely! This program doesn’t end after 12 weeks. You can continue using the program or you can design your own from the tips and tricks you will learn. MOVE with Janine also offers a weekly program so you can stay on track and never get bored.
